Brent Moore planted the BMA seed in 1998.  His intent was to provide a balance of professional event management services that not only respected the requirement for attention to detail but would also have a creative spin. Once the tree was firmly rooted, branches began to sprout.

BMA has grown to a total of sixteen event professionals – several of whom are fulltime employees-with an average of 15 years experience.

BMA also has developed strategic alliances with companies sharing the BMA passion for client service.

After a nation-wide competition, BMA has been awarded a Standing Offer for meeting requirements valued up to $100,000 per meeting. Event requirements include conferences, workshops, summits, consultations, round tables, award ceremonies, galas and opening ceremonies

Until March 31, 2010, all government departments, agencies and Crown Corporations listed in Schedules I, I.1, II, III, IV and V of the Financial Administration Act may ask the PWGSC (Public Works and Government Services Canada) Contracting Authority to issue a Call-Up against BMA’s Standing Offer.
