As a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) with over twenty five years of experience, he has been internationally recognized with the CMM (Certified Meeting Manager) designation awarded by Meeting Professionals International and l’École Supérieure des Sciences Économiques et Commerciales, one of France's Grandes Écoles. Brent is bilingual (rated as B-B-E) and holds a Secret security clearance.

Donald B. Anderson |

Donald served as the Director, Visits, Conferences, and Protocol for the Department of Finance Canada; Executive Head of several Canadian international conference task forces; Secretary Ex-Officio and Co-Chair to federal-provincial Steering Committees and, since 1992, as a private-sector events management consultant.
Throughout his career, he has organized and directed operations and logistics for innumerable national and international events, official visits and ceremonies for Federal, Provincial and foreign governments. In addition to managing the logistics elements he directed core teams (in excess of 900 staff members for the Annual Meetings of the World Bank, IMF, Inter-American and Asian Development Banks); controlled multi-million dollar conference budgets; and provided procedural and protocol advice and services to Heads of State, Canadian and foreign Prime Ministers and Ministers, and senior officials.
Donald was awarded Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II Silver Jubilee Medal, the Public Service Commission of Canada’s Award of Excellence, and the Canadian International Development Agency’s President’s Award of Excellence for Exemplary Professionalism. |

Trudy Chapman |

With more than fifteen years experience, Trudy has managed communications for federal government departments, agencies, and industry associations on issues with both domestic and international importance. She’s won departmental Awards of Merit from Natural Resources Canada for her work on the 2003 Canada-US Power System Outage Task Force. With a background in journalism, she provides strategic communications advice to clients, placing an issue or policy in the best possible light and offsetting communications risk. Trudy also brings facilitation skills to the BMA team and has Secret security clearance.

Sophie is from France, and during her former professional experiences she acquired strong skills in business tourism, working for French public sector organisations, both in France and in the USA.
Sophie holds diplomas in Marketing & Tourism that allow her to consider every new situation with a smile. She is an outgoing dynamic person, and will be able and proficient to satisfy your registration needs.

Her specialization has been Academic, Financial and Humanitarian events. Claire’s previous fourteen year’s experience in Capital Program Management in the Government of Canada was excellent training allowing her to know the importance of and how to adhere to Government policies and procedures in implementing all assignments. His background in the British military brings a strong sense of order and discipline to the preparations for arrivals and departures. Tom holds a Secret security clearance.

Janice has managed both events and exhibits and also functioned in a creative capacity. She has produced successful product launches and sales meetings, and also written and coached speeches, and produced speaker support multimedia elements. In the exhibits field, Janice has project managed or theme coordinated national and international exhibits for trade and consumer shows and, World's Fairs. Janice holds a Secret security clearance.

Bonnie Machabee |

For over sixteen years, Bonnie played an active coordination role for national and international events and workshops hosted by the Government and private sector. From 1996 to 2001, she operated a sole proprietorship that provided project management, writing services and turn-key contracting for event logistics. Experienced in planning; resource deployment; procedure and critical path development; budget, contracting and cost control; documentation; and database design, she holds certificates in human resources, management, accounting, and merchandising. Bonnie is bilingual (C-E-E) and security cleared.

Tracy Pitts |

Tracy Pitts has over seven years hotel experience and has helped organize hundreds of events in a variety of styles. Whether it’s a small group of six or a large group of 600 participants, Tracy knows that diligence and attention to detail makes the difference between a good meeting and a great one.
Fluently bilingual, Tracy worked in Disneyland Paris where she embraced Walt Disney’s own credos of “I'm doing this because I want to do it better” and “The way to get started is to quit talking and begin doing”.

Heather Woolcox |

It was during a 20-year career in the Broadcasting, Radio and Television arena while delivering literally hundreds of audio-visual productions to a wide variety of clients that Heather honed her planning and project management skills.
Fast forward to the present, the multidisciplinary BMA team has welcomed Heather into the fold as a dedicated and creative team player. Solid planning techniques made the transition from the production industry into the event management industry seamless. Heather brings valued experience and expertise to all of the projects she manages.
Heather has obtained a diploma in Broadcasting, Radio and Television, and is presently completing a certificate in Conventions and Meeting Management through Algonquin College in Ottawa.
