Details for Government of Canada Clientele

After a nation-wide competition, BMA has been awarded both a Standing Offer and a Supply Arrangement for meeting requirements. The Standing Offer is for requirements valued up to $25,000 per event, and the Supply Arrangement is for requirements valued between $25,000 - $400,000. Event requirements include conferences, workshops, summits, consultations, round tables, award ceremonies, galas and opening ceremonies.

Until July 31, 2011, all government departments, agencies and Crown Corporations listed in Schedules I, I.1, II, and III of the Financial Administration Act may ask the PWGSC (Public Works and Government Services Canada) Contracting Authority to issue a Call-Up against BMA's Standing Offer or are invited to submit a proposal for this solicitation process.

Now, HCCG-BMA is deemed to be a fully-qualified Aboriginal supplier under the PSAB Aboriginal Set-Aside portion of the Standing Offer method-of-supply.
