Brent has planned and managed hundreds of conferences, consultations and events nationally and abroad. As a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) with over twenty five years of experience, he has been internationally recognized with the CMM (Certified Meeting Manager) designation awarded by Meeting Professionals International and l’École Supérieure des Sciences Économiques et Commerciales, one of France's Grandes Écoles. Brent is bilingual (rated as B-B-E) and holds a Secret security clearance.

Donald served as the Director, Visits, Conferences, and Protocol for the Department of Finance Canada; Executive Head of several Canadian international conference task forces; Secretary Ex-Officio and Co-Chair to federal-provincial Steering Committees and, since 1992, as a private-sector events management consultant.

Throughout his career, he has organized and directed operations and logistics for innumerable national and international events, official visits and ceremonies for Federal, Provincial and foreign governments. In addition to managing the logistics elements he directed core teams (in excess of 900 staff members for the Annual Meetings of the World Bank, IMF, Inter-American and Asian Development Banks); controlled multi-million dollar conference budgets; and provided procedural and protocol advice and services to Heads of State, Canadian and foreign Prime Ministers and Ministers, and senior officials.

Donald was awarded Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II Silver Jubilee Medal, the Public Service Commission of Canada’s Award of Excellence, and the Canadian International Development Agency’s President’s Award of Excellence for Exemplary Professionalism.

With more than fifteen years experience, Trudy has managed communications for federal government departments, agencies, and industry associations on issues with both domestic and international importance. She’s won departmental Awards of Merit from Natural Resources Canada for her work on the 2003 Canada-US Power System Outage Task Force. With a background in journalism, she provides strategic communications advice to clients, placing an issue or policy in the best possible light and offsetting communications risk. Trudy also brings facilitation skills to the BMA team and has a Secret security clearance.

Lindsay’s formal education includes a degree in Psychology and Leisure Studies from the University of Ottawa, and a certificate in Event Management from Algonquin College. Her work experience includes event coordination for various fundraising events ranging from dinner auctions to golf tournaments, as well as children’s activities and community business meetings.

At BMA, working in the registration and travel sectors, Lindsay coordinates and executes detailed operational plans, implements policies and procedures, trains and motivates volunteers, and continuously demonstrates sound organizational and time-management skills. Lindsay also holds a Secret security clearance.

For more than six years Claire has applied her flair and the knowledge gained from earning her Certified Meeting Professional designation to Government, Association and University events. Her specialization has been Academic, Financial and Humanitarian events. Claire’s previous fourteen years of experience in Capital Program Management in the Government of Canada was excellent training, allowing her to know the importance of and how to adhere to Government policies and procedures in implementing all assignments. Claire also holds a Secret security clearance.

Tina has eleven years of professional business experience in event planning, client services, promotion, administration and marketing management with a proven record of accomplishment in planning and leading comprehensive strategies in support of business goals and objectives. Tina spent six (6) years as a Marketing Event Manager and an Event Planner and managed registration, speaker/keynote liaison, transportation/travel, document printing and publishing requirements, hospitality, accommodation for national events where the firms’ budget exceeded $1.2M and attendance was over 2000. She's managed a series of four-day, cross-Canada regional programs comprised of five (5) concurrent events---the 240 events attracted over 120,000 participants (500-1000 per event). Tina also provided Secretariat Services and Continued Education Event Management to the Ottawa Project Management Institute (PMI).

Tom has managed airport logistics in Canada and abroad since 1996 for a number of Prime Ministerial, and Ministerial visits, as well as numerous international conferences hosted by Canadian Ministers. His background in the British military brings a strong sense of order and discipline to the preparations for event logistics. Tom holds a Secret security clearance.

Janice has managed both events and exhibits and also functioned in a creative capacity. She has produced successful product launches and sales meetings, written and coached speeches, and produced speaker support multimedia elements. In the exhibits field, Janice has project managed or theme coordinated national and international exhibits for trade and consumer shows and World's Fairs. Janice holds a Secret security clearance.

Aynslee Kyte has over 25 years of experience in leading project teams in strategic planning, stakeholder relationship management, and marketing-related activities in a broad spectrum of cultural, health, industry, arts, sport, government, private, and not-for-profit sectors. Her expertise and comprehensive understanding provide clients with turn-key event management services for all stages of local, regional, national, and international projects.

Most recently, Aynslee managed the marketing dialogue with the 2010 Winter Olympic Games’ partners, integrating and leveraging brand synergy and messaging through multi-channel marketing, outreach programming, targeted sponsorships, and sales. Working closely with government and private-sector stakeholders, she produced the Governor General’s Performing Arts Awards and the Host Country Inter-American Development Bank events, which showcased Canadian hospitality and cultural programming with a focus on sponsor servicing, fulfillment, and creative brand activation.

From 1996 to 2001, she operated a sole proprietorship that provided project management, writing services and turn-key contracting for event logistics. Experienced in planning; resource deployment; procedure and critical path development; budget, contracting and cost control; documentation; and database design, she holds certificates in human resources, management, accounting, and merchandising. Rachel has more than twenty five years of progressive experience in the planning, management, marketing, client relations, financial control, and team building critical to meeting management. She has organized more than 1,000 local, national and international meetings - for small groups to international ones with more than 3,000 participants - both at-home and abroad.
