Specifics for Government of Canada Clientele | Statement of Work | Call-Up Justification

BMA is pleased to announce that it has been awarded by PWGSC's Communications Procurement Directorate (CPD) a 3-year Standing Offer for events management services.

This Standing Offer is available to all Government of Canada departments, agencies and Crown Corporations listed in Schedules I, I.1, II, III, IV and V of the Financial Administration Act, R.S.C. 1985, c. F-11. Event requirements include conferences, workshops, summits, consultations, round tables, award ceremonies, galas and opening ceremonies.

What this means is that you can now engage us rapidly to organize any event valued up to $100,000 including taxes without further competition until March 31, 2010. This PWGSC initiative establishes a rapid and efficient manner for you to obtain event management services. Standing-by to be of assistance, PWGSC’s Contracting Authority is responsible for the establishment of the Standing Offer, its administration and its revision, if applicable.

The process to access BMA is very straight-forward.

1. A Client provides the PWGSC Contracting Authority with two documents; a requirements
definition based on the statement of work , and a completed Call-Up justification ;

2. PWGSC will provide BMA with the requirements definition and request a quote; and

3. After ensuring best value to Canada and with Client approval, PWGSC will enter into contract
with BMA. PWGSC is responsible for any contractual issues relating to individual Call-Ups
made against the Standing Offer.
