REGISTRATION & LIAISON SERVICES at BMA means facilitating the registration process and adding value by ensuring that participants' travel, accommodations, food and beverage and entertainment are addressed. BMA provides efficient online, fax or phone registration with MasterCard, Amex, or VISA credit. BMA's systems and staff provide up-to-the-minute databases, confirmations and follow-ups, nametags and tent cards, hotel rooming and participants lists.
Liaison services include handling special requirements and also speaker liaison if required.
BMA works with Treasury Board of Canada rates for meals, allowances and kilometrage. BMA can use these guidelines to calculate and provide travel claim payments.
